25 And they took from the fruit of the land in their hands, and brought it down to us, and brought us back word, and said, It is a good land which Jehovah our God gives to us.

Verse 25. And they examine into the results of those principles in the life, and by their means the soul is illustrated as to these things, and perceives that it is being conducted by the goodness and wisdom of the Lord to such states as produce real happiness.
