3 your southern boundary shall be from the desert of Zin along the side of Edom, and your southern border shall be from the end of the Salt Sea on the east;

Verse 3. Those who are in the light of truth, or in the spiritual heaven, have extension from the obscurity where truth ends and charity ceases; are distinguished from those in natural good with its adjoined truth; and are separated from the lusts of the unregenerate man.
