وجمعا كل الجماعة في اول الشهر الثاني فانتسبوا الى عشائرهم وبيوت آبائهم بعدد الاسماء من ابن عشرين سنة فصاعدا برؤوسهم

Verse 18. But when these truths are to be arranged under good during the process of regeneration they are arranged according to the state as to their spiritual and celestial life, and according to their specific quality in respect to intelligence in truth, the acquirement of the good of truth, and individual experience.
